Scope and Nature of Service
Bullsmart AI is an Artificial Intelligence ("AI") powered feature provided by Skywards Investec Private Limited ("Bullsmart"), a SEBI-registered Stock Broker. It is designed to provide automated market insights, portfolio analytics, stock screening, news summaries and other informational content solely to assist users in understanding market information.
Non-Advisory and Regulatory Status
Bullsmart AI is provided as a technology-enabled informational and analytical tool only and shall not be construed as investment advice, investment recommendation, research report, trading call, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, or as an offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any securities or financial instruments. Nothing contained in any AI-generated output shall be construed as a Research Report under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, or as Investment Advice under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
Bullsmart AI uses algorithmic processing and data models strictly for data aggregation, analysis, and informational delivery. Bullsmart AI does not constitute, provide, or operate as a SEBI-approved algorithmic trading facility, automated execution strategy, or automated robo-advisory service. The AI does not generate or execute automated trading signals, nor does it provide automated portfolio management or rebalancing.
Use of Bullsmart AI does not create any fiduciary, advisory, discretionary portfolio management, research analyst or investment adviser relationship between Bullsmart and the user beyond the stock broking services separately provided under applicable agreements.

Such outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, inconsistent or affected by data limitations, market volatility, technical constraints or unforeseen events. AI-generated outputs, summaries, rankings, stock screenings, and analytics are generated using objective data parameters and algorithms without artificial bias, weighting, or preference toward Skywards Investec Private Limited ("Bullsmart"), its affiliates, group companies, commercial partners, or any proprietary products, mutual fund schemes, lending platforms, or third-party financial products featured on Bullsmart's platforms. The inclusion, ranking, or presentation of any product or entity within an AI response does not constitute an endorsement, promotion, or commercial solicitation by Bullsmart.
Bullsmart AI may use or summarize information obtained from India Bharat, recognized stock exchanges, company filings, corporate announcements, market data vendors, news articles and other third-party sources believed to be reliable. Bullsmart does not independently verify all such information and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, authenticity or timeliness. Any third-party opinions, commentary or news remain the views of their respective authors and do not necessarily represent the views of Bullsmart.
Market data, quotations and other information displayed through Bullsmart AI may be delayed, temporarily unavailable or sourced from stock exchanges and licensed data providers. AI Limitations, Projections, and Risks
Artificial Intelligence has inherent limitations and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or incorrect responses ("hallucinations"). AI-generated analysis, historical trends, projections, simulations or back-tested results are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as actual performance, future predictions or guaranteed investment outcomes. Users must not use Bullsmart AI for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, insider trading, dissemination of false or misleading information, misuse of unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI), or any activity prohibited under applicable securities laws, SEBI regulations or stock exchange requirements.
Privacy, Confidentiality, and Audit Logs
Bullsmart is committed to maintaining the privacy, security and confidentiality of User Data. Personally identifiable information (PII), account information, portfolio information and other confidential financial data provided by Users are not used to train, retrain or improve any publicly available third-party Artificial Intelligence models. Where third-party AI technologies are utilised to provide Bullsmart AI, such processing is subject to appropriate contractual, security and confidentiality safeguards and is carried out in accordance with Bullsmart's Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
To support regulatory compliance, governance and audit requirements, Bullsmart maintains secure, time-stamped audit logs of Bullsmart AI interactions, including User prompts, queries, corresponding AI-generated outputs and related system metadata. Such records may be retained, reviewed and disclosed to the Company's internal compliance teams, auditors or competent regulatory authorities, including SEBI, stock exchanges or other authorities, where required under applicable law or regulatory directions.
User prompts, queries, corresponding AI-generated outputs and related interaction metadata may be processed, monitored and retained in secure, time-stamped audit logs for service improvement, quality assurance, security, fraud prevention, governance, audit and regulatory compliance in accordance with Bullsmart's Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Unregulated Products Disclaimer
Bullsmart AI may generate general informational or educational content relating to products or assets not regulated by SEBI, including CFDs, Forex, cryptocurrencies, digital or virtual assets, and other alternative assets. Such content is provided solely for informational purposes, does not form part of the Company's regulated stock broking services, and should not be construed as any recommendation, advisory or brokerage service. Any reliance on such information is solely at the User's own risk.
Technical Availability and Regulatory Changes
Securities laws, exchange rules and regulatory requirements may change from time to time. AI-generated responses may not immediately reflect such changes. Bullsmart reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue Bullsmart AI or any of its functionalities at any time to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements or operational considerations.
The availability of Bullsmart AI may be affected by system maintenance, software updates, internet connectivity, exchange data feeds, third-party service providers, cyber incidents, hardware failures, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond Bullsmart's reasonable control. Bullsmart does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability of the AI feature.
Bullsmart AI may contain or provide links to third-party websites or resources for user convenience. Bullsmart neither controls nor endorses such third-party content and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy, availability, security or reliability. Access to such resources is entirely at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property
All AI models, software, algorithms, methodologies and related intellectual property associated with Bullsmart AI remain the property of Bullsmart or its licensors. Users shall not misuse, reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit AI-generated content except as permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Bullsmart, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, service providers and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, cost or expense arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon Bullsmart AI, AI-generated content, third-party information, system interruptions, technical failures or investment decisions taken by users, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Grievance Redressal and SCORES Platform Scope
Any concerns regarding the technical functioning or operation of Bullsmart AI may be raised through Bullsmart's designated customer support or grievance redressal mechanism. However, as Bullsmart AI is provided solely as an informational and analytical tool and does not provide investment advice or execute trades, complaints arising solely from AI-generated informational content or any investment decisions based thereon may not constitute grievances relating to regulated stock broking services and may not be eligible for resolution under investor grievance mechanisms applicable to trade execution or investment advisory services, including SEBI's SCORES platform, unless otherwise required under applicable law.
